Return & Exchange Eligibility

We offer a 7-day return and exchange policy from the date of delivery. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days under the conditions below:

  • The bag must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • All tags, packaging, dust bags, and accessories must be included

  • The product should not show signs of wear, damage, perfume, or stains

  • Proof of purchase/order confirmation is required

Non-Returnable Items

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for:

  • Used or damaged products

  • Products without original packaging

  • Customized or sale items (if applicable)

  • Requests made after 7 days of delivery

Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear pictures/videos of the product and packaging. Our team will review the issue and arrange a replacement if approved.

Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund.

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days

  • Refunds may be issued via bank transfer, Easypaisa, JazzCash, or store credit depending on the payment method

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the mistake was from our side

Exchange Policy

Customers may exchange their handbag for another design or color (subject to availability). Any price difference must be paid accordingly.
